As Omniskin has a high power density with multiple LEDs we recommend limiting your treatment to two modes per day for a maximum of 6 minutes per treatment area. Exceeding this time will not provide better results and protects your skin from any potential irritation.

        Q: The device is slightly warm to touch, is this normal?

        A: After consecutive 3-minute treatments, you may notice the device is warm to touch. This is due to the efficient power density of the device and our guarantee of clinical-level results in 3 minutes. This is not harmful to the skin, as you should treat only one area for 3 minutes per session. If the device is warm, you may switch it off between treatments to allow time to cool down. You may also notice the control box heating up, this is normal, switch off to cool down between sessions.

        Q: How to clean my LED face mask?

        Regular Cleaning (Before & After Every Use): Gently wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth or a gentle, alcohol-free wet wipe before and after each use.

        Deep Cleaning (Every 2 Weeks): For a more thorough clean, sanitize the device every 2 weeks, or more frequently depending on usage. Lightly spray a soft cloth with 70% isopropyl alcohol (or higher) and gently wipe the surface. Never spray alcohol directly onto the device to avoid potential damage.

        Q: How do I charge the control ? How long should it charge for?
